Students come to end of stay

June 2010

A group of Libyan students are coming to the end of their stay at The Wilton Centre.

The 75 students working in the oil industry have been at the Centre as part of their placement with Redcar & Cleveland College.

The college is recognised by Libyan oil companies for the training of engineering students and this year’s record number have been studying for certificated courses to Higher National Diploma Level.

Students have been doing a lot of the work at The Wilton Centre, where the college took over a floor on A Block.
