April 2008

Kelly Watson

Kelly is ready to take up her new role as site manager for Wilton’s cleaning services

Rentokil Initial Integrated Services has announced the appointment of Kelly Watson as its site manager responsible for managing the cleaning service at the Wilton Centre.

Kelly has moved from Integrated Services’ sister division, Cleaning Services, after 15 years experience within the cleaning industry, both on commercial and industrial sites.

Transferring from a role as district manager, responsible for the management of 40 sites, Kelly is looking forward to dedicating her time fully to the management and development of the Wilton Centre contract.

Martyn Mulvey, Initial’s senior regional operations manager for the area, said he is confident that the new approach Kelly brings to the role, will ensure the best use of resource to achieve the highest value added service available.

Kelly’s remit is not only to ensure quality of service and the daily management of Initial’s staff, but also to review the service and, where possible, identify alternative systems of work for the benefit of all residents.

Initial are service leaders within the cleaning industry and work closely with major equipment manufacturers and material suppliers.

Kelly will be visiting all residents over the next few weeks to introduce herself and to gain an understanding of current views of the service.

In the interim, she can be contacted via the help desk on Tel: (01642) 438000 or by email on kwatson@ri-facilities.com. Martyn Mulvey can be contacted on 07811 270109 or by email on: mmulvey@ri-facilities.com
