Educational logo launched
December 2009

The North East Process Industry Cluster (NEPIC), which is based in The Wilton Centre, has launched a logo representing its education work.
NEPIC delivers Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) education to up to 20,000 young people a year in the North East.
The non-profit organisation is dedicated to bringing curriculum-supported STEM learning through school-based activities, residential events at local universities, mobile science classrooms available to hire and even a planetarium.
To help publicise the educational offerings, NEPIC recently launched a 'STEM Education at NEPIC' corporate logo.
It appears on the new NEPIC website at www.nepic.co.uk/education as well as on two new pieces of marketing literature.
The first of these is a wall planner distributed to science departments in every school in the North East.
NEPIC has also produced an A4 education brochure in support of the initiative. A limited number are available from The Wilton Centre reception area or the NEPIC office in Room H224 or from (01642) 442560.
NEPIC is always looking for industrial mentors to assist the running of events. Please email emma.youdale@nepic.co.uk
