Q: What is the minimum size office available for renting?
A: The minimum office size is 10 sq. metres. We have the ability to create office space to meet most requirements.
Q: Is immediate occupancy available?
A: Yes, occupancy can be agreed within 24 hours.
Q: Is there a minimum occupancy period?
A: The term is negotiable. Please contact The Wilton Centre for further information.
Q: Are there any financial advantages to taking a longer term lease?
A: Yes, costs are significantly lower when you commit to a long term agreement.
Q: Can accommodation be tailored to meet individual or company requirements?
A: Yes, an in-house team is available to ensure all requirements/needs are met. Tenants are able to select additional security access, create a corporate image within their occupied area and select design and layout of rooms.
Q: Is parking free?
A: Yes parking is free to both visitors and tenants. There are a total of 1600 secure parking spaces available.
Q: What is the level of security?
A: There is a high level of security including perimeter security, 24 hours manned guarding. CCTV and swipe card access to buildings.
Q: Do you offer a reception service?
A: Yes, a communal reception service is provided for all tenants.
Q: Are voice and data services available?
A: Yes, the infrastructure exists to meet tenants requirements.
Q: Are maintenance resources available?
A: Yes, there are fully trained and experienced technicians available on site. The TDA maintenance team provide specialist support for laboratory and pilot plant operations.
